Timothy Theron Imlay

"Diplomacy is the art of saying 'Good doggy' until you can find a rock."

Tim Imlay, a senior majoring in computer networking and telecommunications, was born in Mission Viejo, CA, and has lived most of his life in Boise, where he graduated from Borah High School.

Tim currently plays trumpet in the Keith Stein Blue Thunder Marching Band, the basketball pep bands, and the All-Campus Concert Band. He has previously played in Symphonic Winds, Jazz Band, and the Brass Quintet. Tim was the trumpet section leader for 2000-2002 and is on the BSU Dean's List.

When not talking to computer illiterates at his ISP technical support job, Tim enjoys cooking, shooting pool, working with computers, collecting useless facts, and lobbying for more diverse course offerings, such as lion taming, at the university. He hopes one day to have a career he enjoys and which makes enough money so that he will never have to wake up to the sound of an alarm clock again.

Tim's birthday is November 20, 1977, and he enjoys collecting exotic underwear information along with his other useless facts.
